Residence Inn by Marriott Opens Redondo Beach, CA

REDONDO BEACH, CA—The all-suite Residence Inn by Marriott has opened here.

The property features 172 suites and is owned by Trancas Retail Center Fund and Mogul Capital and managed by San Clemente, CA-based Evolution Hospitality. It offers studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. Guestroom decor features natural light and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-size appliances.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, a groceries delivery service, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour F&B outlet, dry cleaning services and a guest laundry room. In addition, it features 1,500 sq. ft. of meeting space, a swimming pool and exercise room.
