ATLANTA—Hotel Equities has been retained to manage sales and revenue services at the Island House Hotel in Orange Beach, AL, a beachfront, full-service, boutique property with 161 guestrooms.
Amenities include a newly developed 6,000-sq.-ft. conference center that will accommodate 250 persons, a private beach, pool, free WiFi and a full-service restaurant and bar with room-service options.
The hotel is located near both the Pensacola International and Mobile Regional airports. Alabama Gulf Coast attractions include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Zeke’s Charter Fleet, Gulf State Park, Adventure Island, Outcast Charter Docks and Waterville U.S.A.
