Renovation Complete for Courtyard in Norfolk, VA

NORFOLK, VA—MCR Development LLC (MCR) has completed a renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown, a 140-room select-service hotel here.

Located downtown, the hotel has a redesigned lobby and breakfast area complete with modern bistro seating and updated decor. Additional improvements include new carpeting, wallpaper, sofas and bedding in every guestroom. The pool and outdoor lounge area also received new modern furniture.

The hotel is proximate to numerous demand generators including Norfolk Naval Station, Port of Virginia, MacArthur Center Mall, Nauticus Maritime Museum and Harbor Park Stadium.
