SPOKANE, WA—RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) has completed its conversion of the Red Lion Inn & Suites Bothell in Washington.

“Because this property is so well located in the Seattle metropolitan area, we expect elevated demand from our guests,” said RLHC SVP and Chief Franchise Officer Brian Quinn. “The Seattle market remains one of the strongest markets in the country with diverse demand generators.”

The Red Lion Inn & Suites Bothell will continue to be operated by an affiliate of GF Management. Located in Western Washington just east of I-405, the hotel with recently renovated lobby and public areas, features an all-suites concept, which includes a kitchenette and living space, in addition to the large sleeping area. The hotel also has an indoor pool, a fitness center and complimentary WiFi and breakfast.
