OCEAN CITY, MD—Executives at Real Hospitality Group (RHG) named Sanjay Bedi  as the company’s new regional VP of operations. Bedi will be based at the company’s midtown Manhattan regional corporate office and will also serve as the senior director of the group’s Manhattan offices.

Bedi was hired in 2013 and has served as a regional director of operations, handling a portfolio of the company’s high profile hotels in New York City.

“Mr. Bedi brings a management style and skill set to the table that exude confidence with both brand and ownership contacts and a strategic thought process that will benefit the Operations division of the company.  He has a proven track record in the organization, formulating a team of property level leaders who are focused on guest experience, profitability and deploys systems to strengthen the associate performance in the field to deliver results,” stated Ben Seidel, president.
