RENO, NV— RCW Nevada Hotel Holdings LLC has sold the Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel here to Kosla Properties LLC. The 271-room property was purchased for $7.05 million. Danny Givertz and David Bowman from Amber Hotel Co. represented the buyer and the seller, respectively, in the acquisition and sale of the hotel. The selling price exceeded the asking price of $6.9 million, Amber Hotel Co. noted. The company also indicated that Kosla Properties will keep the Best Western membership. The Best Western Airport Plaza is located on Terminal Way, adjacent to Reno/Tahoe International Airport.
