Ramada Titusville/Kennedy Space Center Sold To Shivstar Investments

TITUSVILLE, FL—The Ramada Titusville/Kennedy Space Center here has been sold for $1.65 million.

The sale of the 124-room property was announced by MBA Hotels Brokers inc., a member of Hotel Brokers International, on behalf of the seller, Painter Bay Trust. The buyer, Shivstar Investments LLC, plans to convert the hotel to another brand.  

The hotel is located off I-95 near Florida beaches, Kennedy Space Flight Center and Museum, and 35 miles from Orlando.
