LONDON— Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, part of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, inked an agreement in December with Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions to implement the EzRM ASP Internet Suite of Products. Implementation of the system took place in December 2001, initially for three properties, and was completed within a 4-week period. “We identified parts of our portfolio where we feel that EzRMS provides the perfect solution to our operational requirements,” said Jacques Dubois, vp/revenue and channel management for Radisson SAS. Over 10 years ago, Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts became the first user of EzRMS’ previous revenue management offering— a solution which is still being utilized by several properties within the Radisson’s portfolio.
