Radisson Opens Hotel in Washington, DC, Area

MINNEAPOLIS—Radisson has opened the Radisson Hotel Washington DC-Rockville.

Located at 3 Research Ct. in Rockville, MD, the hotel offers 150 guestrooms with 27 suites, and 13,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. On-site amenities at the hotel include the Atrium Bistro and Lounge, a seasonal outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, a business center and free high-speed Internet.

The hotel is a 25-minute Metro ride from Washington, DC, and is located in the center of the I-270 Technology Corridor, near NIST, MedImmune, FDA, NIH and many other companies and government agencies. Nearby attractions include Washington, DC, museums and monuments, Montgomery County Agricultural Center and multiple golf courses.

Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company, based in Greenbelt, MD, manages the new hotel.
