DOTHAN, AL—LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has named John Koss as the new regional director of operations for its Eastern region.
In his role, Koss will oversee day-to-day operations, financial management, human resources, guest service and associate development for 13 of LBA’s hotels across Georgia and Florida.
“Koss is a key addition to our team,” said Beau Benton, president. “We know his 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry will enable him to take our properties to new heights.”
According to the company, Koss looks to build upon LBA’s commitment to providing the best possible guest experience. Previously, he served as corporate training and development manager for MCR Development LLC. In addition to his duties at LBA, he serves as a member of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida.
