LONDON— Quinlan Private is forming a new luxury hotel company that will be named Maybourne Hotel Group, according to a published report. The new London-based group will own and manage London’s Berkeley, Claridge’s and Connaught hotels. Each of these assets, as well as the Savoy hotel, was acquired last year by a group of investors led by Quinlan Private. Savoy Group previously managed the four properties.
