Mumford Brokers $100 Million Worth Of Deals In 2004

NEWPORT NEWS, VA— The Mumford Company was able to reach the $100-million mark in terms of total sales deals brokered in 2004, as the firm assisted in 42 hotel sales in 15 states. In these transactions, Newport News, VA-based Mumford represented companies such as CRIIMI MAE Services, Equity Inns, Humphrey Hospitality Trust and LaQuinta Inns. The dispositions included such brands as Best Western, Comfort Inn, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Radisson, Red Roof and Super 8.
