SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA—QT Hotels & Resorts group has opened the 69-suite QT Bondi.
Located in Bondi Beach, interiors were designed bymNic Graham, while Australian-born London-based artist Shaun Gladwell has been responsible for key artworks throughout. Janet Hine, a costume designer, created hotel characters via uniforms.
QT Bondi offers a palette of optic white set against the pop of gelato pastels, with limed timber detailing adding a beachside touch.
QT Bondi is part of the Pacific Bondi development, the first and major stages of which opened coinciding with the hotel. Encompassing residential apartments and a variety of retail and restaurant offerings, including those along its beach facing facade of Campbell Parade, QT Bondi occupies the northwestern corner bordered by Beach Road and Gould Sts.
QT is set for expansion with new properties to open in the next year, including QT Bondi, QT Melbourne and QT Wellington.
