DULLES, VA—PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc. completed a “Project Grow” lobby for the 135-room Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North.
Owned by Wella Investments, Inc. and Operated by PM Hospitality Services (PMHS) the brand’s signature “Project Grow” renovation focused primarily on FF&E with minimal structural change. The lobby redesign incorporated tailored design colors, patterns and finishes with a more open flow to promote guest socialization and interaction in the hotel’s Garden Pavilion. Cabana draperies and signature pendant lighting and lanterns, coupled with interior plantings and a garden cart featuring the hotel’s food and beverage offerings are featured. Communal breakfast and bar tables give guests a place to gather and signature artwork is on display in the lobby.
“Today’s travelers, particularly Millennials, desire a more communal lobby experience where they can get out of their rooms, stretch their legs in a relaxed environment and interact with one another,” stated Joseph Bojanowski, president of PMHS. “The Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North’s new ‘Project Grow’ lobby accomplishes those goals.”
