FORT MYERS, FL—Pinnacle Hotel Management has sold the 104-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott here to Conor Acquisitions, a real estate investment company based here. Hunter Hotel Advisors represented Pinnacle in the transaction.

Conor Acquisitions is planning to fully renovate the 16-year old property to create significant value-added improvements that meet the brand’s new standards.

“There was a lot of interest in this hotel because the Fort Myers market has seen steady RevPAR growth over the last year,” stated David Perrin, VP, Hunter Hotel Advisors.
