HENDERSON, NV Perini Building Co. signed a $138 million contract to build the Resort at Green Valley with Station Casinos and GCR Gaming, LLC. Perini has committed to a delivery date of October 1, 2001.
The five-star resort is part of a 170-acre mixed master-planned community located 20 minutes outside of Las Vegas. Perini actually broke ground on the project in June after being selected as the general contractor on the project.
The Resort at Green Valley will have a 202-hotel room tower, 6 full-service restaurants, a 10-screen movie theater, a four-level parking garage and a 9,200 square foot spa with a pool and grill. (9/28/00)
