HONOLULU, HA— Outrigger Hotels & Resorts named new general managers at two of its Hawaiian properties. Elliott Mills was appointed GM at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach in Honolulu. He had been director of operations and then served in the GM post while the hotel sought to name a permanent GM. Jim Heather was named GM at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. He had previoulsy served as GM of the Outrigger Kanaloa at Kina.
