BANGKOK, THAILAND—ONYX Hospitality Group has appointed Robert Rijnders SVP/area general manager for Pattaya.
With expertise in operations and management, Rijnders will oversee five Pattaya properties: Amari Pattaya, Amari Nova Suites Pattaya, Nova Gold Pattaya, Nova Park Pattaya and Nova Platinum Pattaya. Rijnders also will manage the pre-opening and opening of ONYX’s two newest properties in the region: Amari Residences Pattaya and Nova Express Pattaya.
Rijnders has worked with Amari Hotels & Resorts since the early 1980s, when Amari was still known as Siam Lodge Group of Hotels.
