NEW YORK—Olshan Properties completed its $10-million renovation of the Sheraton Suites Galleria hotel in Atlanta.

After acquiring the 278-key hotel in 2013, Olshan Properties embarked on its renovation program last year. Key elements of the program included upgrading all guestrooms, constructing a Sheraton Club lounge on the 17th floor of the hotel, upgrading of the indoor and outdoor pool and pool decks, and carrying out an expansion of the on-site Sheraton Fitness Center. Olshan Properties also redesigned and improved all food and beverage facilities on the ground-floor level, including the addition of a Link@ Sheraton Cafe featuring Starbucks.

Sheraton Galleria’s Fitness Center has been outfitted with the latest state-of-the-art equipment from the LifeFitness Signature Series, including treadmills, life cycles, a cable motion weight station, incline benches, free weights, elliptical machines and a Power Plate.

Renovations to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool areas include updated surface tiling and new pool resurfacing complemented by new designer pool furniture.

All guestrooms have been refreshed and are outfitted with Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds.

Built in 1990 and situated on two acres at the apex of Interstates 75 and 285 in the Galleria/Cumberland submarket of Atlanta, the 17-story, all-suite Sheraton Suites Galleria hotel features more than 4,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, full-service dining options, heated indoor and outdoor pools, 24-hour business center, fitness center, five-story on-site parking, free local-area shuttle service, and the new Link@Sheraton powered by Microsoft.  The hotel is connected via sky-bridge to the Cobb Galleria Convention Centre which draws more than half a million visitors each year, and is across the street from the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center, as well as within walking distance of local retail, including a 306,000-sq.-ft. retail power center owned by Olshan Properties and the new Atlanta Braves stadium.

The Sheraton Suites Galleria hotel will feature views of both the new Atlanta Braves stadium and adjacent mixed-use development complex when each are completed.
