Aiden by Best Western @ Scottsdale North
Best Western Hotels & Resorts has opened its newest Aiden hotel in Scottsdale, AZ, Aiden by Best Western @ Scottsdale North.
The hotel has 164 rooms and premium poolside suites with private patios, as well as an outdoor pool with a hot tub deck and private cabanas and Duke’s indoor-outdoor bar. Other amenities include a Starbucks store; a 24-hour lobby suite shop with meals, snacks and sundries; a fitness center with an aqua massage bed; and a digital concierge in the lobby.
The hotel is located near Old Town Scottsdale and attractions such as WestWorld, Talking Stick Casino, Odysea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, Big Surf Waterpark and TPC Scottsdale.
Sweetgrass Inn at Wild Dunes
Sweetgrass Inn at Wild Dunes, a newly built signature hotel has opened on four acres of the Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, a barrier island on the South Carolina coast. The property was developed by longtime Wild Dunes managing partner Lowe and partner Dart Interests.
The hotel offers 153 guestrooms and suites, a spa, two dining outlets, a pool deck and meeting and event spaces. Guests also have access to Wild Dunes Resort’s golf courses, tennis club and white sand beaches.
Aloft Columbus Easton
Owner-operator Olshan Properties, together with developer The Georgetown Company, have opened the 136-key Aloft Columbus Easton, located at the gateway to the New District of the Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH. The hotel is Olshan’s fourth such property in the complex.
The five-floor property offers more than 2,600 sq. ft. of meeting space, the Re-fuel dining outlet, WXYZ Bar, a pool and a fitness center.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown
Homewood Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown, the brand’s property to open in the Tuscaloosa, AL, area, has opened. The six-story, 114-suite hotel was built by Harrison Construction and was developed and is owned by Cohen Investments. Vista Host Hotel Management manages the property.
The hotel’s one- and two-bedroom suites have fully equipped kitchens with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, cookware and place settings for four. Amenities include free WiFi, The 205 rooftop restaurant, a 24-hour Suite Shop convenience store and guest laundry. A complimentary evening social offered Monday through Thursday includes free beer and wine as well as small plates of food.

The 82-suite Home2 Suites by Hilton Salem in Salem, OR. Suites have fully accessorized kitchens and modular furniture, while amenities include complimentary internet, the Spin2 Cycle combined laundry and fitness area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items, the Inspired Table complimentary daily breakfast, an indoor saline pool and hot tub and a fire pit and grill area.
