CHARLOTTE—OHM Hotels is poised to break ground on a 123-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ballantyne Area, NC.
The hotel, which is expected to open in late 2016, will include a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and 1,300 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. The hotel is located at the intersection of HWY 521 & Providence Rd. West.
“The Ballantyne market is great fit for the Holiday Inn Express brand due to our hotel’s convenient location near Ballantyne Corporate Park with more than 5 million sq. ft. of Class A office space and still growing,” said OHM’s Alkesh Patel.
