NATIONAL REPORT—Hospitality management companies are seeing lots of activity, ranging from new management agreements to portfolio growth. Here’s a closer look:

Dimension Adds FL Hotel to Portfolio
Dimension Development has been named management company of the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center in Boca Raton, FL. Dimension’s portfolio now exceeds 60 hotels with additional properties in its pipeline.

Interstate Continues Growth
Interstate Hotels & Resorts has executed three new hotel management agreements aggregating to 550 rooms, including hotels under development or construction. New to Interstate is the 217-room DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington-Legal District in Wilmington, DE; the 131-room DoubleTree by Hilton in Pomona, CA; and the 202-room Residence Inn Rowland Heights, CA.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts Adds Property to Roster
Marcus Hotels & Resorts has been selected to manage the Murieta Inn and Spa in Rancho Murieta, CA. The 83-room hotel can be found within the development containing the Murieta Equestrian Center.

Ocean House Management Collection Adds One
Blantyre has joined the Ocean House Management (OHM) Collection. The property is based in Lenox, MA. Blantyre’s new owner Linda S. Law, a longtime Silicon Valley real estate developer and investor, will relaunch this property with OHM in April after a multimillion-dollar renovation.

Arbor Lodging Partners Acquires Chicago Marriott Schaumburg
Arbor Lodging Partners has acquired its first property in the Chicagoland market, Chicago Marriott Schaumburg.  The 398-room hotel marks Arbor Lodging’s fifth Marriott International-branded hotel and was acquired through a joint-venture with Middleton Partners. The full-service hotel will be managed by Arbor Lodging Partners’ affiliate Arbor Lodging Management and is the first in a series of new additions coming to Arbor’s growing portfolio in 2018.
