Noble Investments Sells Georgia Holiday Inn Express

LAGRANGE, GA— A 79-key Holiday Inn Express here is now in the hands of new owners Min Duk Chung and In Me Chung. The two investors bought the property from Noble Investments for an undisclosed amount. Thompson Calhoun Fair brokered the deal for Noble Investment. The three-story property features an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and about 350 sf of meeting space.
