SANTA FE, NM— La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa, a RockResort, has been purchased from Olympus Real Estate Partners by Trinity Hotel Investors LLC in conjunction with affiliates of Glenmont Capital Management LLC. The purchase price for the 157-room resort was not disclosed. Under the new agreement, RockResorts will be retained as the management company through 2014. La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa has a history dating back to the late 1800s. It was purchased by Olympus in 1997 and became a RockResort in 2001. The property completed an extensive renovation in 1999, which included the addition of a 4,500-square-foot spa.
