NEW YORK? SRS-Worldhotels extended its portfolio into several niche markets in the South, West and Northwest by entering into an agreement to provide sales services for Noble House Hotels, Resorts & Hideaways. The partnership involves adding nine hotels and resorts to SRS?s portfolio of 360 upscale and luxury hotels. The Noble House properties are in Texas, New Mexico, Florida and Washington. The partnership fits into the SRS strategy of providing customers with ?unique hotels in unique markets,? according to Edward Brill, senior vp/the Americas for SRS, which provides reservation services to guests through travel agents, a website and a toll-free number. ?These are properties in markets that we don?t have,? Brill said. ?This partnership will extend our reach.? Noble House is a hotel management and ownership company consisting of 11 hotels and resorts. Among the nine properties added to SRS?s service program are the Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club in Redondo Beach, CA, the Hotel Adolphus in Dallas, TX and the SunBurst Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. ?A lot of our hotels are known within the market but not outside,? explained John Dodson, regional vp/operations for Noble House. ?This partnership with SRS will provide us added recognition on a global level.? Noble House?s strategy is centered on acquiring properties and renovating them to incorporate the ?local flavor? of the market, Dodson said. ?These are not cookie-cutter properties,? Brill added. ?That?s what makes this partnership fit well into our strategy.?
