TELLURIDE, CO—The newly transformed Madeline Hotel and Residences here in the heart of the city’s ski mountain is unveiling new services and amenities to draw winter sports enthusiasts.
New offerings includeski valets that coordinate details for skiers en route to the slopes to guided mountain tours, as well as two new, signature dining experiences and an après ski scene.
The ski valet program provides dedicated ski valets on call to arrange every detail for guests, such as securing lift tickets to equipment care and warming up boots. In addition, the hotel’s ski ambassador program offers participants guidance to the best ski locations of the day, with morning and afternoon mountain tours scheduled daily.
In partnership with the Telluride Ski Resort, the hotel is offering the new Fresh Tracks program which invites guests to ski like a local on day one with access to ski areas led by expert instructors who know the best hidden enclaves on the mountain. The Fresh Tracks program includes an hour-long elite ski session followed by a private brunch at the Tempter House, an exclusive private residence located at 12,200 ft. beside Telluride’s well-known Gold Hill.

A massive renovation is underway to transformed the property with new features and amenities due to be completed in time for the ski season. The final phase will add a 24-by-50-ft. heated swimming pool, hot tubs, fire pits, and 4,000 sq. ft. of decking poised to offer village and sunset views, along with an après ski bar scene and event venue.
The renovation projects already completed include a new 3,000-sq. ft. club room, with an indoor/outdoor bar, pool table, shuffleboard and picture windows reserved for Residence owners and guests.
Madeline Hotel and Residences also unveiled two new dining experiences in 2015: Black Iron Kitchen & Bar and M Club. Black Iron Kitchen & Bar is an après ski destination for guests and locals alike, with deep woods, dark steel, natural stone, outdoor “fire tables” and a “modern mountain” menu by Executive Chef George Morris. The new M Club is known for its genuine and personalized service, creative offers seasonal and local cuisine, wine and spirits and a one-of-a-kind game area.
After a day on the slopes, kids can check out the hotel’s new hangout, 20 Below, offering a movie lounge, electronic gaming consoles, an art wall, and four Apple computers. Right next door, sweet treats and snacks are available at the new onsite Dylan’s Candy Bar. The hangout also offers off-site action for kids including snowshoe tours and sledding.
