LIVINGSTON, NJ—The 120-suite Residence Inn by Marriott is set to open on June 22, in Hamilton, NJ. Operating as a Marriott franchise, the hotel will be owned and managed by Briad Lodging Group, the hotel division of The Briad Group based here.

Located 16 miles from Trenton Mercer Airport, nearby locations also include Six Flags Great Adventure, Sesame Place, Grounds for Sculpture, Princeton University and Fort Dix/McGuire Air Force Base, as well as numerous business centers, including Horizon Center, Hamilton Business Center and Hamilton Square.

Briad Lodging Group’s growth plan is to develop, open and operate three to four hotels per year over the next several years. In addition to the Hamilton property, Briad is expected to open two TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Dover, NJ, and South Brunswick, NJ this year. Construction is underway for a Courtyard by Marriott in Islip, NY. That hotel is scheduled to open in early 2017.
