CHICAGO—The Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile is scheduled to open next month. The new hotel is owned and operated by Marcus Hotels & Resorts. The latest addition to Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ moderately-priced brand, the property is located at 630 North Rush Street. The 226-room hotel includes 130 suites and features artwork by Dale Chihuly in the lobby, with a warm color palette of deep reds, ivory and gold in the public areas and guestrooms. Guestrooms have the brands new signature Four Points by Sheraton Four Comfort Bed, featuring a plaid duvet, a plush mattress and a quartet of pillows. The hotel offers a fitness center, sunroom-enclosed swimming pool with adjoining whirlpool, and landscaped outdoor patio. There will also be three food and beverage outlets that are scheduled to open in early 2006.
