New Castle will manage the hotels, which are located in Solon, OH; Erie, PA; and Greece, NY. The 103-room Hampton Inn Cleveland-Solon is 15 miles from downtown Cleveland and is in the heart of Solons upscale business district. The Hampton Inn Erie-South is located at 8050 Old Oliver Rd. and has 101 guestrooms. With a newly renovated lobby, the 118-room Hampton Inn Rochester-North is located at 500 Center Place Drive in the town of Greece. New Castle is a third-party hotel manager and development company based in Shelton, CT. Its portfolio now includes 34 resorts and hotels in the U.S. and Canada. The Widewaters Group, based in Syracuse, NY, is a real estate development and management company.
