NEWPORT NEWS, VA—Mumford Company represented Garden City Hospitality, LLC in the recent sale of the AmericInn Lodge & Suites of Garden City, KS, to Prominent Hotels, LLC. The seller is a regional owner/developer who was harvesting equity from this property to reinvest in new-construction projects. The buyer is a Texas-based owner/operator who plans to make renovations to the hotel and retain the AmericInn franchise affiliation.
