ROANOKE, VA—The Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke has opened, adding to the brand’s growing portfolio of more than 600 hotels worldwide. Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke is owned by Smith-Packett and managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises. It is the brand’s 24th property in Virginia and offers 117 guestrooms.
“Our new property is only 15 minutes away from the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport and just minutes from shopping centers, museums, universities and outdoor activities,” said Gary Crizer, general manager. “We are excited to welcome vacationing families, as well as business travelers, to the attractive and accessible Hilton Garden Inn.”
Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke is situated minutes from Downtown Roanoke, Mill Mountain Zoo, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Splash Valley.
The new hotel features five meeting rooms, offering more than 2,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, in addition to on-site catering.
Hilton Garden Inn amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel; a 24-hour business center with Print Spotsremote printing; a state-of-the-art fitness center; and an indoor pool. The Garden Grille and Bar offers a full cooked-to-order breakfast, dinner, cocktails and evening room service. The Pavilion Pantry is open 24 hours and features a complete selection of snacks, cold beverages and frozen, microwaveable packaged items.
Each guestroom includes a work desk with an ergonomic desk chair and an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffeemaker.
