NEWPORT NEWS, VA— The Mumford Co. recently negotiated the sale of four hotels in the eastern U.S. In Rochester, NY, Mumford represented Marketplace Realty, LLC in the disposition of its leasehold interest in a Ramada Inn. An affiliate of Visions Hotels, LLC bought the interest. In Knoxville, TN, Mumford helped an undisclosed hotel firm sell a Microtel Inn to an undisclosed buyer. Mumford also assisted Jordan Properties in the sale of the Quality Inn in Hendersonville, NC, to an undisclosed purchaser, and put together a deal for the Knights Inn in Columbia, SC. Mumford is also now marketing for sale a Holiday Inn in Winston Salem, NC; the Ramada Inn Grand Court in Mundelein, IL; a Super 8 in Grapevine, TX; an Econo Lodge in Lumberton, NC; a Holiday Inn in Oak Hills, WV; and a motel facility in Emporia, KS.
