ST. LOUIS—St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer Midas Hospitality, LLC has completed a $6-million renovation on the 97-room Staybridge Suites and 122-room Holiday Inn Express – St. Louis/O’Fallon, MO.
The hotels sit adjacent to each other, located at 1155 and 1175 Technology Dr., O’Fallon, respectively. They are located on the northwest corner of I-63/Hwy 40 and Hwy K, 30 miles west of downtown St. Louis.
Acquired by an investment group led by Midas Hospitality, LLC in November 2013, the hotels’ renovation included a complete redo of all guestrooms, including new furniture, soft goods and appliances. An expansion of both public space areas includes the Great Room. New exterior finishes feature the addition of an outdoor living area, complete with soft seating and gas fire pit.
“We literally renovated every square inch of both assets and, with these improvements, the property is receiving rave reviews from our guests,” said David Robert, CEO and principal, Midas Hospitality, LLC.
Recently, the hotel received the 2015 Renovation Award from IHG. Midas Hospitality also owns and operates the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott – St. Louis / Wentzville, MO and is building the Courtyard by Marriott – St. Louis / St. Peters, MO, opening January, 2016
