BOSTON—Two new hotels, branded Element and Aloft, will open here next year.

According to the company, Element Seaport will be Boston’s first LEED-certified hotel. Each of the 180 oversized rooms come equipped with a kitchenette, complete with energy-efficient appliances, and modular furniture. The hotel’s design takes advantage of natural light, with open, airy indoor and outdoor spaces including a lounge, patio, pool area and fitness center, according to the company. Amenities include the complimentary RISE breakfast and the pantry in the lobby with a selection of fresh and local food items available for purchase.

Next door, the 330-key Aloft Seaport will offer the brand’s W XYZ bar and lounge, keyless entry and almost 10,000 sq. ft. for meetings, parties and other events. It will be located across from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center on Summer St.

Both hotels are currently under construction and are scheduled to open in early 2016.
