PHOENIX—MCR Development has completed renovations of two hotels here: the 123-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Avondale and the 123-room Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Avondale.

Both hotels opened in 2008 and are located in Phoenix’s West Valley in proximity to a variety of corporate and leisure demand generators, according to the company. The renovations involved updating all guest suites with new furniture and design decor to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction, as well as overhauling the lobby and common areas to provide more space and flexibility.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton ‘Take Flight’ design enhancement will also include the opening of a new outdoor public gathering space. The Hilton Garden Inn’s ‘Project Grow’ concept includes redesigned banquet and meeting rooms as well as installing new exercise and cardiovascular equipment in the fitness center. The hotels are located along I-10 in Avondale, in proximity to numerous corporate office locations and healthcare institutions.
