TAMPA, FL—McKibbon Hospitality has added five Hampton Inn by Hilton hotels to its management portfolio.

Owned by Hospitality Investors Trust (HIT), the five Hilton properties include Hampton Inn Boca Raton, Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach, Hampton Inn Boca Raton-Deerfield Beach, Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens and Hampton Inn West Palm Beach-Florida Turnpike.

“McKibbon Hospitality has been a trusted partner of ours for many years and has brought great success to our properties,” said Jonathan Mehlman, CEO/president, HIT. “We are confident that through their hands-on, results-driven management style and dedication to serving their guests and associates with the utmost care and warm hospitality, these five hotels are in great hands.”

The new hotels significantly expand McKibbon’s presence in South Florida, where the company currently manages eight additional properties. It also builds upon McKibbon and HIT’s longstanding partnership, bringing the total number of McKibbon-managed, HIT-owned hotels throughout the southeast to 17. Other properties include the recently renovated Courtyard Tallahassee North I-10 Capital Circle, Residence Inn Chattanooga Downtown and TownePlace Suites Savannah Midtown.

“We are honored to have been chosen by HIT to operate these five properties, and are extremely pleased to be growing our relationship,” said Randy Hassen, president, McKibbon Hospitality. “We look forward to working alongside HIT and the hotels’ leadership teams to elevate these properties and provide the best possible guest experience.”

The five new hotels add a total of 579 new rooms to McKibbon’s overall portfolio, bringing the total number of guest rooms to 9,736 across 86 hotels throughout the U.S.
