Lodgian Makes Final Payment On Debt

ATLANTA Lodgian sold its land parcel in Hillsboro, OR, on December 12, for net proceeds of $3.6 million, which were used to pay down debt. The company now has fully paid the $25 million required amortization payment due December 31, 2000, and has paid approximately $2.5 million of the $35 million required amortization payment due June 30, 2001.
