ATLANTA—Legacy Ventures has completed Phase I of the $9-million renovation currently underway at the Embassy Suites Atlanta by Hilton at Centennial Olympic Park.
The first phase of the renovation comprised a full upgrade of all suites, including new casegoods, window treatments, lighting, artwork, wallcoverings, and bathroom tile and mirrors. The corridors also received a complete refresh with new carpet, wallcovering, paint and lighting; the lobby and atrium received new furniture as well.
Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, completed a full renovation with a reconfigured bar to add more seating, and a new Starbucks was built on the property.
The second phase, including public areas such as meeting and pre-function rooms, is slated to begin later this year and will include new carpet, paint, lighting and wallcoverings, as well as a new bar in the atrium.
Legacy Ventures developed and manages the 321-room, all-suites hotel.
