LaSalle To Deflag Wall Street Holiday Inn

NEW YORK— In completing its $50 million acquisition of the 138-room Holiday Inn Manhattan Wall Street, LaSalle Hotel Properties unveiled plans to position the property as a luxury independent hotel. Bethesda, MD-based LaSalle plans to spend an additional $60 million on renovating the property. The hotel will remain open during the 18-month renovation at the conclusion of which the Holiday Inn flag will come down.
