MIAMI—Karisma Hotels & Resorts today announced the launch of Allure Hotels, by Karisma and expansion of its portfolio with the introduction of two boutique hotels in Colombia. Located in the heart of Cartagena, Allure Bonbon and Allure Chocolat are now welcoming travelers.

Allure Bonbon (formerly Arsenal Hotel) and Allure Chocolat (formerly Arsenal Hotel Boutique) are properties owned by the Char Muvdi family, Colombian entrepreneurs and real estate developers, and managed by Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

“We are eager to embark on this new venture,” stated Ruben Becerra, VP of Corporate Affairs & Business Development for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. “We see great potential in developing a new line of boutique hotels in Latin America, and we couldn’t think of better a way to launch this brand than with the sophisticated and successful Arsenal de Cartagena properties.”

The Cartagena hotels are conveniently located in the Zona Rosa sector in the colonial walled city, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Allure Bonbon and AllureChocolat feature 14 and 34 guestrooms, respectively.

As with all Allure Hotels, by Karisma, the boutique city properties feature personalized touches including an Aromatherapy & Pillow Menu, complimentary WiFi, iPod docking stations, as well as shoe shine, ironing, and nightly turndown service upon request.  Shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes and combs are included amenities for travelers who may have left behind the essentials.
