LOS ANGELES— Jones Lang LaSalle has announced a couple of key promotions as well as the expansion of its office here. Arthur Buser was promoted to president, Lodging Capital Markets— Americas, and is charged with oversight and growth of large scale hotel asset and portfolio sales and financings. In addition, John Strauss was promoted to executive vp and will oversee the Los Angeles office of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Romy Bhojwani was named senior vp for the firms investment sales team. He will take a leadership role on the execution of the firms investment sales and debt and equity capital raising services in the west coast market.
