LOS ANGELES- Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has added John Lee to the firms advisory team. The new position results from a boom in the companys consulting business.
According to Karen Johnson, senior vp of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Advisory Services Department in Los Angeles, the firms success in arranging debt and equity transactions, has created an increase in its national advisory services and a need for new positions.
Lee was formerly a senior manager for the Western region of Marriott Internationals Feasibility and Development Planning department. Prior to that, he was a consulting and valuation analyst for HVS International.
Jones Land LaSalle plans to further expand the advisory team by hiring another professional in January 2001. (9/12/00)
