BOSTON- A $150-million luxury hotel proposed for one of the last undeveloped sites at the Prudential Center here has won a reprieve and will be given a second look.
A citizens advisory committee agreed to reconsider the proposal after having turned it down 10 weeks ago. The proposed 200-room hotel, sponsored by Four Seasons general manager Robin Brown and two partners, needs the endorsement of the Prudential Project Advisory Committee because the citys master plan calls for residential housing on Browns chosen site.
