JACKSONVILLE, FL— The 249-key Holiday Inn Baymeadows here has been sold by Connor Hospitality Ltd. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller with the help of Commercial Jacksonville, a C&W Alliance office. Jalaram Hotels was the buyer and adds the asset to its portfolio of other Jacksonville properties. The Holiday Inn is located on about 6.7 acres of land.
