DALLAS—La Quinta Coporation has opened its 100th Baymont-branded franchise property, the Baymont Inn & Suites-Las Vegas Nellis. The 87-room property, which is owned by Grace Hotels LLC and operated by Pacific Inns LLC, is the brand’s first Las Vegas location.
