VANCOUVER Intrawest Corp. has completed the sell-out of Mountain Creeks first real estate offering. The demand for Whitetail, 42 units of Adirondack-style mountain homes, was so great that the project sold out immediately. To respond to the demand, some of the homes from future phases were also offered and sold. In 8 hours, 64 mountain homes were sold. In 1998 Intrawest acquired Mountain Creek, and soon after announced a ten- year planned transformation that includes an intimate upscale pedestrian village with cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, hotels and expanded recreational activities.
