BUFFALO, NY—The historic Hyatt Regency Buffalo has unveiled its 1,500-sq.ft. Penthouse Suite.
Featuring 18-ft. views of downtown Buffalo, the suite offers Mid-century, modern-style chandelier lighting, pin-studded plush living room furnishings, bedroom linens, bath linens from Restoration Hardware and custom artwork, including vintage black-and-white photography of downtown Buffalo.
The neutral decor of the space is accentuated by pops of persimmon and turquoise. The taupe and gray tones were inspired by nearby Niagara Falls and Lakes Erie and Ontario.
The 7-ft. dining room table is constructed of rustic natural oak beams and flanked by plush leather chairs. Other design elements include Art Deco-inspired mirrored dressers and desks, as well as replicas of 1920s antique polished nickel fixtures.
In addition to the bedroom, living and dining room and a full and half bath, the suite also features a walk-in closet full of amenities that cater to long-term guests, along with a kitchen and breakfast area with a refrigerator and wine cooler, nickel Williams-Sonoma barware, a KitchenAid coffeemaker, a Nespresso machine and custom-made glassware etched with Buffalo. Three 65-in. LCD TVs are also included in the suite.
Suite guests receive complimentary transportation in the hotel’s Mercedes-Benz shuttles, as well as their own personal concierge or meeting concierge.
