CHICAGO—Hyatt House Mexico City/Santa Fe has opened, marking the first opening of a Hyatt House property in Mexico and Latin America. Grupo Presidente will be responsible for hotel operations.
The property has 119 guestrooms, ranging from studios to one-bedroom kitchen suites with fully equipped kitchens. Kitchen Suites include a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and other small appliances and utensils—as well as a separate living space, a bedroom and a work area with a flat screen high definition television.
Amenities include free WiFi throughout the hotel and guestrooms; Complimentary Morning Spread, a full, hot breakfast served daily for guests; the H BAR, which has sandwiches, pizza and snacks; 24-hour H Market; an outdoor pool; a 24-hour workout room; same-day dry cleaning services; a 24-hour laundry room; and complimentary grocery shopping.
The hotel also has three meeting rooms with audio/visual equipment, customizable F&B menus, and all-inclusive meetings packages.
