ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors’ Los Angeles office represented a California hotel owner in the sale of the Fairfield Inn Provo, UT.

Built in 1992, the three-story hotel was purchased for an undisclosed amount by a regional investment group. The attractive Marriott brand and high growth Provo market made the Fairfield Inn a positive addition to the purchaser’s multi-property portfolio in the region, according to the company.

The hotel is located near multiple ski resorts, golf courses and state parks.

The Provo closing is the 85th hotel sale for Hunter’s Los Angeles team since the office’s formation in 2011.
