Hulsing Hotels Buys Johnson City Holiday Inn; Plans Renovation

JOHNSON CITY, TN— Asheville, NC-based Hulsing Hotels has purchased the Holiday Inn here, according to the general manager, Ward Cathey. The hotel, which opened in 1985, will undergo an extensive, multi-million dollar renovation after the fall season, Cathey said.
